FullContour / 3Shape Design Services
CEO
Founded in 2010 with my dad and 3 brothers. We had a vision to create a new category of outsource CAD design services for the dental lab community. This was our 2nd startup as a family. A painful start with plenty of sacrifice lead to an acquisition by 3Shape in 2017. From there, we more than doubled the business and developed the world's first AI Dental Design platform 3Shape Automate.
2010 ~ 2023
ProCerex dental lab
President
Founded in 2006 with my dad and 3 brothers. We set out to redefine what a high quality dental crown should cost by leveraging our manufacturing partnerships in China. With over 50 trips to China and relentless collaboration, we developed a dental crown worth $300 and sold it for $179. When we discovered the "blue ocean" of outsource CAD design, we sold our dental lab and started FullContour.

Harvard Business School
Following the Harvard Case Study Method, we looked at a number of companies big and small that implemented different strategies of innovation & growth. Learning from their successes and failures, we distilled valuable principles & frameworks that can be used in our own companies.
